Kirtan creates a joyful mood and is considered, in India, to be one of the surest paths to enlightenment. It's certainly the most fun! Participants will experience an energizing blend of devotional and fiery chanting, through drumming, singing and beautiful music. By first judging our emotions as “bad” and then suppressing them, we store these emotions in our body. Unfortunately, they don’t just go away by themselves. Rather, they remain active - causing behavior and situations that recreate the very emotions the person is trying to escape.
In this presentation, certified Vivation professional Joe Fielder, will teach you a process called circular breathing, which is the heart of the Vivation process, and which will help you to gently and voluntarily integrate your suppressed emotions. Theresa has been a licensed social worker for nearly twenty years. She has worked with developmentally delayed or medically fragile children for over eight years. She facilitates an ongoing, monthly, kids group at Gentle Wind called “koru”. Her experiences will help her give this talk which will help the parents of Indigo and Crystal Children by fostering their participation with such tools as drumming, and education on auras, crystals and angels.
